Nice blog. And i love the photo's of the retreat! I would love to take my girls to something like this if it were closer.
However, one quible ( and I mentioned this to Doug before) a "high" tea refers to the time of day & not the formality of the event. "High Tea" is a working man's supper. Served at 4:30-5:00 O'clock it is a simple yet filling meal.
The web presence of all of these photo's refering to a "High Tea" that is in fact nothing of the sort, but is rather a "formal tea" is a bit, well silly.
Please mention this faux pas to Doug or Beale when next you see them.
